    Everything was sprinkles and rainbows regarding how the store would take care of my new appliance if anything happened. Out of the box it didn't work. Refused to honor warranty. Refused to replace item unless I paid extra. Manager told me it was all fixed up. IT WASN'T. NEVER SETTING FOOT IN HERE AGAIN. Feel dirty giving 1 star. Negative rating would be more accurate as this entire fiasco cost me a lot of money.

    GREAT service from Robert! Also from Elbin and Amber when I had to do a follow up. I would highly recommend this store to buy appliances. They have the best prices and selection in town.
