  Typical Comfort inn hotel with similar layout to moast of them. Hotel is clean, was renovated about 2 years ago. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Huge price difference depending on the season, summer months are more expensive because of tourists and people going in town for the ferry. Decent rates overall but much cheaper in the winter

  It's in a convenient location near to the downtown Sydney area, the boardwalk and more. Rooms are clean and it's a quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was also a renovation done in the front entrance and sitting area where they serve breakfast in the morning.

  I didn't like the location of this hotel. Breakfast is not worth. We went to have breakfast around 9am on the wk end and there was no fruit. No place to sit in the breakfast area. Small beds and not very clean linens. It is definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you don't get anything in Sunday.

  Just met up with friends in town for the weekend. First time I've been in this location and it seemed very clean and staff was very friendly. Lots of parking. Not as close as some.other hotels in town to restaurants/waterfront (not a short walking distabce but ok for a long walk, still a very close drive) Was not an overnight guest so I don't have a whole lot else to add but I would definitely recommend it to a friend bases on my short visit.

  The hotel is in serious need of renovation. This is the most dated comfort inn we ever stayed in, the pictures on the website are wrong. This hotel looks more like a motel. Also, cleanliness is not at par with other hotels. My towels had hair stuck on it. Overall, this is just a 2 star comfort inn.
